About Polar Plunge
In short
Polar Plunge is a French brand of premium cold plunges and outdoor saunas, founded in Paris in 2023 by Benjamin Cardoso. Our plunges are designed in France and assembled in our workshop in the Hauts-de-France region, using components sourced from selected European manufacturers. We serve both private customers and professionals: dozens of hotels, spas and gyms are already equipped, including the Cheval Blanc hotels (Paris, Courchevel, Saint-Tropez), the Alboran Marriott Paris Gare du Nord, Le Mas Candille, Ken Club and The Method Paris.
Our story
Polar Plunge was born in 2023 from a conviction held by its founder, Benjamin Cardoso: alternating cold and heat is one of the simplest habits for taking care of yourself over the long term.
His goal: to offer cold plunges worthy of the most demanding venues, reliable, beautiful and easy to maintain. Then saunas, to create a true hot/cold circuit, at home as well as in a hotel or spa.
What we do
- Cold plunges: Ultimate (stainless steel and cedar), Handmade (wood), Barrel and Sport ranges for private customers and standard professional use; PRO range in 316L stainless steel for intensive use, from 50 to 150 sessions per day.
- Outdoor saunas: Horizon range, for 2 to 6 people, delivered pre-assembled, heated by a remotely controlled HUUM stove. Custom indoor saunas.
- Professional configurations: automatic water renewal, UV-C lamp, regulated chlorine and filtration, compliant with French health authority (ARS) standards. Remote monitoring of temperatures and cycles.
How we work
- Designed in France, assembled in Hauts-de-France: every plunge is assembled and tested in our workshop in northern France before shipping.
- European components: tubs, wood and equipment come from selected manufacturers in Europe, notably in Germany and Estonia.
- A single point of contact from the first conversation to commissioning. For professionals, a priced proposal within 48 hours.
